Poor service

I just ordered Mcdonald via my uber eats app where there's a special of buy1 get one free but to my surprise i got one chili cheese burger. When I called Mcd Jean Ave in Centurion I was told the special starts at 10H30 , why is it not specified on the app?

uber eats always has a problem either you missing and item on your delivery or something like this and no one ever calls to even resolve the matter.

I am very furious
