Poor service.

The previous 2 years i been charged for items i didn't get, no refund. These last 4 months i get what i ordered...but it takes over 2 hour and often i have to sukkel with the driver to get it to my front door. I NEVER tip on the app...only ever in cash when the delivery guy gives me what i order. Too bad for the driver if he doesn't walk the 5 meters to my door. Too bad if the items are wrong....he is effectively a waiter....it is jis/her responsibility to deliver the correct food. Long ago i accpeted i'll never get the food even slightly warm ...but i expect a correct and timely delivery MINiMUM. We now live in a world when a tip means do did your basic job where it is actually meant for exceptional or above and beyond service...what a joke.
