Poor service

I placed an order an hour ago and upon pick up i found my food left on the floor by the driver as he refused to move away from the entrance as instructed by the security team as a vehicle wanted to come through. My food was ruined and soaked in the cold drink i had ordered The service i received was very poor and unacceptable.
