poor service

I placed an order at uber eats today. i purchased two soul sister meals and the driver **** that he delivered my order at the company i work for and i asked the security guardand they said the driver did not arrive. the driver stole my food and when i sent an email to uber eats and told them about the problem they said i wont get my order or get a refund
