Poor service

I ordered box meal at KFC Denver on the 7th of June 2023 via Uber eats and my order was canceled for no reason as no one notified me of why it was canceled even though I was tracking the driver, now Uber eats doesn't want to refund my money, I want my refund as the food didn't arrive, I logged a call with them and the reply I got is that the restaurant had already prepared the food and can't refund me
