Poor service

We ordered food through Uber Eats. Long after the app said the driver was on his way, I could track him and he stayed in the parking lot for more than 15 minutes. Eventually when he started driving, he drove in circles and ended up taking very long to get to us. He even drove up to the building next to my complex, turned around and drove back to the restaurant. We have a regular street address and it is clearly marked on the map. The food was ice cold by the time he arrived. He wasn’t wearing a mask and turned off the lights of his car as he approached us. He was very unprofessional in his interaction. I gave him a poor rating on the app, but there is no place on the app to lay a complaint. Very unhappy with the whole experience.
