Poor Service

My driver was suppose to deliver my food that I ordered from MacDonalds at 12:07 and now it's 13:14. How do these people hire guys who do not know where the areas are. Now I lost food worth over a R 100 due to paying with the card all because the driver does not want to listed when he gets lost. He even drove past me when I send him a text to let him know he drove past me he just continued to go on and on down the road. His name is Selemani Nurdin and is driving a motorbike with the number plate FZ88ZPGP. Do not use this service again and this is not the first time it has happened.
