Poor service

I'm so disappointed I ordered food on Uber Eats of which I paid by card and tipped the driver my order was at kfc celtis ridge to my surprise they kept saying the order was delayed until the app just went blank they didn't even bother to notify me on what's happening so I just want my money and the tip I gave the driver
