Poor Servcie

The driver left my food at a parking lot without calling me, took a snap picture to say enjoy your meal, then left without seeing if I got my food. I called KFC where I spoke to Busi from KFC Ondekers who kept on telling me how its not their fault very reluctant to help kept putting the phone down in my ear. Wrote countless email to UberEats requesting for a refund but still nothing on their end. Is this the type of service KFC and UberEats provide to their customers. Cry for help from 1 dissatisfied customer this occurred more than 2 weeks.
