Poor quality service and poor food quality & safety.
I ordered a pizza pie from romance pizza with Uber eats and I found a plastic tape in the pie. I emailed customer service expressing my experience and how I would love to be compensated for it. They instand respond with how I won't be compensated because this doesn't happen often and it's only a first time offense and they appreciate my understanding as if I understand I almost chocked on a plastic tape and them compensating me is alot to ask for.
