POOR POOR SERVICE DELIVERY. ORDER IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

I downloaded this app for convenience, but right now I regret why did I even bother myself. I was back from work then I decided to order food from this useless app, when the driver was about 10min away I realised that my battery is about to die.

I quickly went to wait for the driver downstairs so that he won’t wait longer, unfortunately my Internet was not working well downstairs and my phone switched.

I waited for 20min and there was no sign of a scooter when I reached for help I was told that my R298 can’t be refunded because the driver tried to reach me.

I AM SO ****ED.
