Poor poor service

On 25th of May i ordered from uber eats for fish and chips, i paid with a card and i did not receive my order, then the delivery guy says its delivered when I ddnt receive my order, tried getting help from uber eats but they say they wont refund me as the delivery guy informed them that it was delivered
