Poor experience

I ordered a meal and the driver did not provide us with the full meal as he said he spilt the cooldrink. I sent my rating and issue on uberEats app and they say they cannot refund me. Which was okay and I asked if they could get the cooldrink delivered. They send a reponse stating that their policies do not allow it. WOW!!!
