Poor etiquette and ethical drivers

They have THE WORST! Drivers!. All foreigners. And most of the time they are either rude or they mess up your order like spilling your drink all over your food but they still expect you take the food and pay for it.

Today 30/08/2022 I ordered from Burger King the driver which I never took his name and I see uber eats is protecting them by not showing their names on the receipts.

Came to me and explained to me that he made a mistake he spilled the cold drink. 700ml from the 800ml of cold drink was spilled all over his bag. The whole Burger King order burger and chips was WET from the coldrink that seeped through the package.

I asked him a simple question. What can we do about it. He just shook his shoulders. But insisted I take the order and pay for it.

I refused to pay and I put it bag in his bag and told him I'm not paying him and he can take the order back.

He shook his shoulders again and just walked off.

Now he reported me to uber eats that I have not made a payment. I mean seriously?!?

I'm strongly considering cancelling my uber eat acc and switching over to Mr Delivery.
