Poor driver

Placed an order online, I made sure that the instructions are very clear on the message option, the driver didn't deliver but I have been charged. Problem isn't with Uber eats but with the driver who didn't seem to understand simple instructions, I see he is saying he dropped food at the door, which door? I want to go collect food on my own but good is not there in the restaurant, so where is it?
