Poor, dishonest service from Uber eats

I've been ordering food via the Uber eats app. They have not been delivery the services paid for by me. The 1st order, I was given 1 pizza short. In the 2nd order I did not receive my pizzas at all, although the driver said he already delivered it when I contacted him. When I contacted Uber eats to complain they did not assist me. So I was at a loss both times. This is very poor, dishonest service.
