Poor delivery Process!POOR

I am soooo disappointed! Why would you require a pin for delivery yet you are able to leave the order at the gate if customer delays to collect? I want my money! Very bad experience FOR THE FIRST TIME! I WANT MY REFUND! I left instructions but nothing on there was followed! I missed a call but returned it after a minute already the driver was gone telling me he left my order at the gate! That's insane! Refund me! I will never recommend someone else rather something else with better procedures! I WANT MY REFUND 🤬
