POOR DELIVERY

So disgusted by my failed delivery today. The driver was so rude, UberEats says he tried to contact me which is not true!!! I had to call the driver and during the call he wouldn't even listen to what I was saying he shouted at me instead through the entire call which lasted more than 6 minutes. He refused to move and didn't even acknowledge the delivery notes which had clear instructions. UberEats had the nerve to tell me it was my fault and what I should do next time. I never received my order, the driver left it on the side of the road and sent a picture through the app. I was supposed to go look for the food, that is so insane. I'm disgusted and was left hungry!!!!!
