Poor delivery and poor marketing

Every time with no fail, delivery is late. No update on why delivery is late and how many stops your delivery guy is making? Food is always costly on uber eats. **** promotions like Get Uber One and you will get delivery free of charge. That's insane because you are already charging a lot for the food is which is cheap outside. Every courier guy will have more than 2-3 orders that he/she needs to delivery. Very poor customer service. Want to give like 0 starts but not an option.
