Poor delivery and customer services

The driver was 15 minutes late with my order. He didn't even let me know that he had arrived, the app indicated he was 2min away a while but I could see he in in my street and I decided to go out to check where he was. Only to find him at the gate. The wrap is cold and the smoothly soggy and watery. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied about the quality of food. I this is not acceptable.

The they have the audacity to only refund of R11.50, While the smoothie is R75, that doesn't make sense at all.
