Poor Delivery and Customer Service from Uber Eats

My wife recently had an unpleasant experience with Uber Eats. She ordered food for an executive meeting and missed one call from the driver. Instead of leaving the food at the building’s reception, the driver left it on the pavement in front of a busy CBD building. Uber Eats refused a refund, citing their policy. This is unsafe and unacceptable. Uber Eats should revise their delivery policies and ensure drivers use common sense. We are very disappointed with their service. @UberEats
