Poor delivery

I ordered food yesterday night at 20:30 my order was with a Driver with under the name of N and his number plate was LD07PHGP my order was never delivered when I call him it takes me to voicemail when I track my order it says it’s been delivered how I don’t know why will he drop the food with out even asking to confirm the pin of the order….. and on the order I gave him specific instructions to call *** but never called…. At the gate the security says he left with the food but took a picture saying he delivered
