Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I ordered a meal from mc Donald's and they got the order completely wrong. Not only is it wrong, having them correct this is a mission. They will never get back to you and is happy to take your money and not deliver This Is not my first time with them. Totally unreliable. The support is of no help. You're only speaking to a bot. No human interaction. I want my money back! A whole 250 down the drain!
