Poor customer service

Uber eats doesn't take their customers seriously, when you complain about the food quality or any other issues and even have supporting pictures, they flatly ignore you. And their drivers are ****s too. We got burnt food, we got ****** by their drivers, it's just a disaster. I have lost trust in them and wish not to use their app anymore. They have left a bad taste in my mouth.
