POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ARROGANT SERVICE AGENTS

Ordered food at 10h15, order still not delivered, contacted customer care, spoke to Mariem Sameh, wanted to cancel order as I need to travel, was told I would be charged full amount even though delivery is almost 2 hours late, then she terminates the chat before resolving my query, and I get assigned to another agent. Now I have to accept food that is 2 hours late, simply because I made the mistake of trusting Uber eats. The delivery time changed from 10h41 to 12pm. Poor customer service and arrogance by Mariem has ensured that I will never use this service again, thank you for nothing.
