Poor Customer Service!!!

Poor Customer Service!!! I cannot place any orders, as a notification comes up saying account locked. Yet, all my details are verified... confirmed by Uber Eats Help Customer Service. The call was apparently escalated to a Specialised team... It's been over a week now, and I'm still waiting... even after contacting them numerous times via the App and via email.
