Poor customer service

Please note that when I had placed an order on the UBER EATS app the app had selected the incorrect delivery address. I quickly notified the delivery driver on the app chat of the correct address that he was to deliver to additionally the driver was also contacted telephonically on the in app call system and was notified of the address ultimately the driver continued to deliver to the incorrect address and the order never made to my address. I have lodged a complaint on the app customer services but to no avail as no assistance has been provided nor was my money returned. This is poor service by the company and I demand ratification!!!
