Poor customer service

I have been receiving promo codes from Uber eats to my personal email.When trying to apply the codes it says I don’t apply for those promotions-even when I don’t have any other promo codes.Uber eats has not been helpful as to seeing why my account keeps rejecting my personal promo codes.
