poor customer service

placed an order with them ,the driver came to deliver at my work place.the driver parked outside the building and took a photo of the building as proof and left with the food siting i was unreachable.contacted uber to lay a complaint and i was told the driver supp**** proof of delivery ,which is the picture of the building, and that i am not getting my food or my money back
