Poor customer satisfaction

I ordered today around 11h20am at mochachos via UberEats my order was expected to be delivered at 12h15. I opted on paying delivery so that my order can be delivered without combining them with other peoples orders. Firstly my order came last the driver delivered other orders finishing off with mine. Secondly I was expecting a female driver but instead a Male driver pitched and lastly my food was cold and soggy at the time of delivery. I reached out to the uber support with no assistance. How are we ever gonna be safe when unknown delivery partners show up at our doorstep and how will the food meet our standards and get to us on time when drivers have to roam around with our food.

I'm really disappointed!!! I demand my money back.
