Poor customer experience 😢

Disappointed on uber eats services, I ordered a meal through their app and the driver waited 4mins and left. Tried contacting the driver cellphone was on voicemail. I submitted my formal complaint through their app and the response was they couldn't refund me. So basically Uber Eats is allowing and promoting poor customer experience. I will never ever order through that app and won't recommend to anyone!
