Poor communication

On the 26th Jan 2025 round 14:28 I bought food from Mac Donalds at Randburg Kingston B spent R374 and the Uber driver delivered the food at the wrong address after I provided the correct address the Uber driver Samuel said he'll keep in contact which he did not the number went out of the service when I called I Laid a complaint on the app they Siad the food was delivered nothings was. I want my money back please
