Poor business ethics

I ordered my meal yesterday and was waiting on my delivery.I was outside and waiting for my meal.The driver never came and he never called me.I have the call log no calls came in ,I called the driver and he rejected my call.I also have the screenshot of where he was coming from and where he was going the order showed that he is delivering to a totally different location to where I was and that's why I called him.Uber eats now says he called me and sorry they not refunding me.He left my package but there is no place to leave the package unless he left it on the street but the pic shows it was on a seat he left it.He never left the package because he took it.So I lost out on almost 100 rand and got no meal but I paid for it.
