Please do not use Uber/EberEars

My experience with UberEats was extremely bad. Please don't let them have your card details. Over R3000 was taken from our bank account. They are not contactable by phone or email you have to fill in a form on their website. Uber responded by saying they knew it wasn't me who ordered 8 uber rides in less than one hour and could only tell me the person name was Nathan, due to their terms and conditions. They allow anyone to open an account and use your card details, this is really shocking! As far as the bank goes they say because you gave them your bank card details it's technically not ***** and you have to fill in a form for disputed charges.
