Please assist.

So my Girlfriend ordered food for me via the UberEats app and left my number as the contact person for the order. So the guy did make it to the address but did not contact me. He left my food on the pavement and dared to even take a photo and send it to myGirlfriend. I do not understand this coz the least he could have done was drop the package at reception at least.
