**** POOR SERVICE

****ing idiots!!! so on Friday last week ordered kfc via uber eats, they shorted me 4 wings and after trying to call kfc (Ellis park) multiple times, no answer! uber eats are too chicken **** to even have a number available to handle queries, you have to submit a query on the app and wait 24 hours for a response. the next week Monday they agree to refund me for the wings and myself and a friend decide to give a second chance and order again, today they mess up my order after specific instructions, I said no sweet chili sauce (I don't eat sweet chili) and selected zinger sauce for an additional R2 -even wrote swap sauce for zinger in the text. after 3 hours of again calling the *********** kfc (Ellis park) and submitting over 50 queries uber eats for a response the idiots have the nerve to say they will refund me R2 for the ****ing sauce …. your system and service is **** POOR - if I buy lunch today I Don't want to wait 24hours for you to fix your ****ing mistakes - I need lunch today not tomorrow - why do I have to pay upfront just to be ****ed when you deliver **** , your solution of "just place another order" id ****ing beyond stupid now you want me to pay again for what? I want a full refund for the wrap that you ****ed up (kfc Ellis park) & uber eats and I suggest you call me soon - ********** 741 . and I urge people to look else where for take outs - this is as good as a ****, you just loose money!
