Perthitic Service

This is my second time experiencing this and I will never use UberEats again!!!!!

I ordered a meal from Starbucks and everything was okay up until I had to collect my order from UberEats. The driver by the name of Nkosikhona Reg number LD27LG GP was on his way and i went to stand outside to collect. After waiting afew mintues i then returned into the building to see if he has sent any communication my laptop. Once i got to my laptop i received communication that the meal was delivered however i have not received anything on my end. Like i mentioned its not the first time. I tried querying this with Ubereats but all im getting is an apology and tips on what to do next. How is it possible that this is not being attended to? we given a name and Reg number but using it when querying does not help at all.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!!! DAY LIGHT *******!!!!!
