PAYMENTS MISSING

Absolute atrocious service , being trying to sort this out for 4 weeks now with no joy , cannot talk to a human being and only email answers 48/72 hours later with the same ******* , We are a restaurant that was asked to do a special in conjunction with Uber eats ( buy one get one free ) where Uber eats reimburses us with 50 % of the cost of the free items ( remembering they get commision on the full amount ) , they owe us R19 675.00 and keep on saying we have been paid but the reference number they use is for the next weeks transactions .😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
