Payment without ordering

I received a text message stating that a payment was made for uber eats. I had not placed any order. I raised this issue on the App and sent them all the transaction details. They came back to me stating that my account was linked an somebody else made the order. I told them that I have no one else linked on my account and I didn't know who the other person was. They told me they will investigate. When I asked them again what was going on they said they are still investigating. It has been almost 2 months since the incident and still no progress.
