Payment issues.

I had a bad experience, I paid the uber driver cash on the food that I ordered and yet the driver said I didn’t pay him, therefore ubereats is charging me doubt. This driver is Ssali from McDonald’s Ormonde (Johannesburg). This is totally unfair, this shows that the driver is a ***** and I tried contacting McDonald’s Ormonde however the store is not answering calls.
