Payment deducted, order cancelled by the the store

Good day

I ordered food at Nando’s Rivonia, I was at Department of Education in North Road, Sandton. The payment went through, while I was waiting for food, the order was cancelled, and my account was not refunded. I contacted Uber eats, I was asked to resolve it with the store, when I reached out to Nando’s, I was turned back to UberEats. Since then till today, I haven’t received my refund.
