Paying twice for an order

Yesterday I ordered from the Fish n Chips at Marcel walk and it was a cash trip. My order took forever to get to me and when it did I gave the driver cash. I then went into my uber eats app today only to find out that the driver says I didn’t give him any money and now I am forced to pay twice! This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting, I then went into customer support to report this but still the issue has not been resolved. Uber eats is honestly the worst service there is.
