Paying for undelivered orders

Think twice before you use Uber Eats... today I placed an order which did not get delivered to me.. after requesting a refund, they threatened with deactivating my account, then i got told that my account had been previously red flagged for requests like these, upon asking for the proof, they told me that I received a R35 voucher (which I actually received for my order being over 25 minutes delayed) and the issue is resolved.. R35 was not even HALF of my order!?!?
