Paying for food never recieved

No refund for food that was not delivered. The order was cancelled, but due to it being a 2 for 1 special and Uber Eats not being able to put 1 and 1 together. I still needed to pay for the other food that I never received. They don't care and they can **** you whenever they want. All the driver has to do is not bring your food and that's it...your problem.
