Pay via Card payment and never received my food - Driver was at the wrong address

The driver is laying he never come to our address he went to the wrong address, I never have problems with another drivers delivering at ITR Africa 23 New Goch Road, Benrose JHB, This driver, I called him and he said he is lost and went to the wrong address his name is Handsome. He took a photo from his lap, now you are telling me you are not going to refund me!!!! We have camera’s all over our premises and it will show you he was never here!!! ******
