Pay for raw food

I ordered from the grill baby on uber eats. I ordered a Gatsby and a Vienna and chips parcel. The chips were all raw. I sent the issue to uber eats including pics. In one thread they tell me i was already refunded and then another thread to say that they don't cook it, they can't refund me. The emails and responses from this company had been utterly ridiculous. Customer service is pathetic
