Pay back the money

I ordered lunch on the 24 of February 2023 but I never receive my lunch,I went to the app requesting my refund the send me an email that the will refund will appear on my bank within 7 days, I send them inbox on Facebook the said I need to provide with my order number , which I did , their respond was refund has being processed, when I communicate with my bank , there is no payment made from UberEats. EberEats is ******** people, I really need my money back cost of leaving is too high. Now they’re taking me from pilar to post. My order number is 5DD7E
