Pay back the money

I ordered food via uber eats, the money came off my account but never received my order, i searched high and low for a contact number for uber eats but dololo, I was then told to do it via the app, I received a few replies and now they are quiet. I just want to know what happened and how I can get my money back. I tried having patients with them but talking to robots is really not my thing, Im unhappy with the service and the little to no help that i received, UBER EATS PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
