Pay back my money!

I order KFC using the Uber eats app and I ordered an all star box with a buddy bottle coke on 30/06 and my order never arrived, well I never received it, the driver Salimu completed the order and when I called KFC in Woodstock where the order was placed they said there’s nothing they can do if I ordered via Uber eats. Uber eats refuses to pay me back my money. Bare in mind this is the second this happens with Uber eats, but they refunded the first instance. Please help
