Pathetic UberEats service

The most pathetic service I ever received. They cancelled my order before I could pick it up. The arrangement was that the driver will meet me at the door, but instead he stood outside a boom and said he communicated with me on Ubereats platform. This is not something I will know or keep my eye on, as I'm very busy and would expect a call, sms or WhatsApp, if he can't get hold of me. I queried it with Ubereats and they simply said that the driver waited too long and that there will be no refund. They even charge me a delivery fee, after their advertising say that delivery is for free. I also got a message that the driver received his tip, but I did not get my order. Stay away from them as they probably caught a lot of people like that.
